This page list codes for accented letters and other characters. In order to use these codes, your computer should have a separate numeric keypad on the right. If it does not, then another method of inputting accents is recommended. For information on how to type the codes, please read the detailed instructions. This list is focused on Western European languages.
Step 5 : Click on Advance. At "Language for non-Unicode programs" box, choose Thai. Click "Apply" and "ok". Step 7 : After reboot, go to reginal and languages options again. At "Text services and input languages" box, click "Details". Then click "OK". You should be able to choose "Grave accent" now. After turning on the Thai language support, there should be a "language bar" added to the task bar, located on the right hand side.
It will show as EN or TH. When typing in Thai, the language bar needs to be changed to TH. The letters you then type will be in Thai. You can change back to English the same way. It should be on "Grave Accent". The Thai version can be changed by removing Thai Pattachote and installing Thai Kedmanee found under keyboard layout.
