Do you know when this problem began? Be sure to check the box to show more than 5 days of restore points. If the first attempt fails, then try an earlier point or two. This will help determine if the problem is the computer or the card. If not, at least change the slot into which the card is inserted on the motherboard assuming it isn't an external device attached by USB in which case try a different USB port.
Where are you getting that message? What procedure or program are you using to get the message? I have no idea about the PnP error as you've provided nothing but the message. I don't know where to start troubleshooting that problem. What PnP devices are you using? Is the Intel device a PnP device? The messages you posted seem to contain links but I can't access them.
Do they contain additional details? Can you post those details if possible or if they really are links to more information? Look in the System section. If it is failing, there WILL be error there. Click on them for more details, copy those details, and post them here in your next reply.
